Busy, busy, busy!!!

Wowee! I have been so busy the last week! I cannot believe its been over a week since I last posted here! But never fear... I have still had a bit of time to create so I have plenty to show you!!!

But before I show you what I have been up to, I can finally announce that I have been accepted as a member of the Design Team for Memories and More, an amazing online store based in Atherton, Queensland! My main role will be creating step-by-step projects for the Class Handouts released each week. Unfortunately I cannot show the projects that I make for these Class Handouts here, but if you would like to have a peek, just head to Memories and More and you can buy your own Class Handout for only $6.95 or $24.95 for six months. In fact, this weeks handout is by me... a scrapbooked wall clock that you can fill with all your favourite photos! Bargain inspiration hey!!!

So... I think it's now time to show you what I have been up to in terms of my papercrafting...

Last Sunday was my fiance's 25th birthday. I made him this card on behalf of our daughter and I (I'd just like to point out that his first comment was, "It's got the toilet sign on it!" Nice, hey?!);

For the past week, Two Peas has been celebrating Worldwide Stamping Week. Given that I'm a bit partial to a stamp or two (or 200!) I thought I'd give one of the many challenges a go. I chose to paricipate in the Skulls and Bones challenge set by my new friend Sarah Schwerin from Inkurable Stampers. The criteria was to create a predominantly pink project using stamps with skulls and/or bones. Here's my entry;

Last but not least, I would like to show you a layout done by my nearly two-year-old daughter. She completed this as part of the Chicken's Challenge set by Chook Scraps at their June Cybercrop this weekend. She had to incorporate hand-cut elements, bling, and stamping into her design. I only helped her with the cutting, so I'm sure you'll agree she did an amazing job, especially for someone so little! Here it is;

I'm off to my mother-in-law's 50th birthday bash today but I will hopefully get time to finish off the layout and card I have been creating as part of the challenges set at the Chook Scraps June Cybercrop... I'll keep you posted!
